At [Vibe & Looks], we take pride in our high-quality stitching and craftsmanship. Every piece undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective stitched item, we are happy to assist you with the following policy:

  1. Quality Assurance Guarantee: If you receive a stitched item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit after verification.

  2. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:

    • The defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the defect for verification.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once the defect is verified, we offer a free replacement or store credit.
    • In exceptional cases, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
    • Only got refund if you contact throug gmail with proper name Order Number and Video Proof.
  4. Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Minor variations in color or fabric texture due to screen resolution or lighting.
    • Damage caused by improper handling or washing by the customer.
    • Custom-stitched or altered items (unless proven defective).
